Eating nuts while you're pregnant is safe — as long as you are not allergic to them. Research has emerged that shows that eating nuts during pregnancy could actually help protect your baby from developing allergies to them later on. Hoooray!
Nuts are a group of products with a very high nutritional value. Rich in unsaturated acids, nuts contain high-quality vegetable protein, fiber, vitamins E, B1, PP, B6, choline, magnesium, copper, manganese, and potassium. They are also rich in unsaturated fatty acids, essential during pregnancy. They affect the proper development of my nervous system and eyesight.
