You can support development of the child in the 21st month of its life by:
- explaining different phenomena to it;
- encouraging it to discover new things (e.g., pointing trees, puddles and animals during a walk);
- supporting it during all activities;
- encouraging it to have contacts with its age peers;
- letting it be independent;
- letting it make choices and accept them;
- ensuring it spends time actively outdoors;
- buying it a bicycle;
- training its memory by teaching it songs and rhymes;
- encouraging it to talk about different things;
- patiently answering all its questions;
- playing hide and seek with it;
- establishing a regular daily routine for it;
- encouraging it to play on its own.
