Month 31 - How can you support development of your child in the 31st month?
You can support development of the child in the 31st month of its life by:
- letting it play physical games to the music;
- art games using various materials (e.g., leaves, chestnuts, paints, salt dough, stones);
- encouraging it to talk about past events;
- answering questions asked by it;
- encouraging it to play with other children;
- letting it play in a way requiring manual skills (e.g., threading building blocks onto a string);
- taking it to new places;
- allowing it to be independent;
- playing games requiring frequent and sudden changes of the body position (e.g., jumping like a frog).
