Nutrition during pregnancy

What you eat has a decisive influence on my development, mommy, which is why it is so important to be aware of the benefits of a healthy diet.
Healthy nutrition is one of the most beautiful gifts that you can give me from the very beginning of my existence.
Benefits of healthy nutrition
My development in your belly depends on many factors, mainly the environmental ones. Having a healthy, balanced diet will help you feel good and provide essential nutrients we both need. The food you eat is necessary for all of the metabolic and hormonal processes taking place in my body.
What you eat will affect the development of all of my internal organs, the development of my brain, as well as intelligence, coordination, and cognitive abilities. Interestingly, it has been proven by scientists that , your pregnancy diet affects my personality – malnourished mothers give birth to pessimistic and introverted children.
My birth weight also depends on what you eat. If it’s too high or too low, it might significantly affect my further development.
Do you know that by introducing certain tastes in your diet you can make me more willing to try new things in the future?
What kind of benefits can you have from a healthy diet, mom?
proper diet can help you avoid common pregnancy ailments such as nausea, vomiting, heartburn, edema, weakness, and fatigue.
If you take care of what you eat, you can be sure that you will feel great/that your mood will be positively affected.
Good eating habits will make it easier for you to get your body back to the pre-pregnancy shape. You will also have more energy to face future challenges. A healthy diet will provide you with better sleep and become a valuable asset for you and our whole family.
